Almost 26 hours into my first 42 hour fast in a very long time! Decided to cook keto cauliflower rice and cheddar cheese egg cups so I have something delicious on hand to eat after I break my fast with bone broth and egg whites tomorrow! Thanks for the great advice @Vic Basmadjian on how to gently break a fast without causing major digestive issues! It worked for the 36 hour fasts so let’s see how it works after a 42 hour fast!
