Well, I didn’t lose much weight in my first week but I did not eat that maple bar I craved all day yesterday… I think I almost need to go carnivore to kick my ketosis back into gear. Maybe 10 carbs a day for a week..? I’m a bit frustrated but never gonna quit trying to do my best. Arrow Up 💪
