Here is a sample PSMF protein sparing modified fasting day of eating for me. Not pictured is 2 LMNT and hot tea. Shrimp was steamed and old bay was sprinkled on and steak was broiled sirloin cap (picahna). Totally day was 800something calories and by pushing my lunch to 1:30pm, and eating dinner at like 5:30, I wasn’t miserable or unsatisfied.
