#whywait2024 Did a 24 hour fast! (Finally, lol). Noticed my blood sugar went below 90 which is really great for me. KetoMojo confirmed moderate ketosis. Broke the fast with homemade beef broth and then had stir fry kielbasa with cabbage, hot peppers, onions, tamari sauce and rice vinegar. Thanks for the inspiration from posts and shares!
