Yesterday morning workout went a little too hard and i felt like i pulled a muscle/sprained my elbow. Was confirmed today at urgent care. Pain was off the charts yesterday during the day but thankfully no pop or tear, bruising or swelling so i should be back in the fight in a couple of days. It pays not to be stubborn and listen to your body. Couch time for me. Have a great weekend everyone!!!
