Feeling frustrated with the scale. I know I shouldn’t pay attention to it but I just don’t understand why I’m overweight. 75% of the time I’m only eating dinner. The other 25% I’m doing 18:6. I resistance train 6 hours/week. Walk 3 miles/week at the gym plus whatever else my daily errands amount to. I’m eating 20-50 carbs/day. Why is the weight not flying off?
