Ok. It’s been 30 days!!! Yay me! I’m down 12 lbs. I feel GREAT. But I may have fallen into some unhealthy keto support groups and now I’m curious about macros. I’m out of the free phase now so I can’t revisit the videos so can someone educate me on macros and if I need them? I have been super focused on meats (mostly lean) and veggies. Real food. Avoid sugars (with the exception of my one stevia in my daily coffee.) I have some dairy but not a lot. I don’t revolve my food around it. I really want to get this right? Should I be concerned about calories in/vs out? This is what is consuming my 30 days in brain!
