Comments? Sometimes the hardest thing is to wait till a new meal. I am eating fat, protein (equal weight) and low carb veggies. My typical failure is still low carb but a poorly-timed, all-by-myself early dinner. Not a kind, deliberate choice. Hasty and possibly compulsive. So the five hour timer in the fasting app was a trial run; I should do it most afternoons. The circled numbers were morning “wins”, but it’s EASY to fast or else delay a second meal in the first part of the day. Often the fasting portion of the day seems much easier than to have two spaced meals in 16:8 TRE.
