I’m sure there are other factors involved but generally…if one is low carb, should fat always be high? If I aim at 20 or less net carbs per day, am I still ok at aiming at 35g fat per day if I’m not starving & only eating once per day? Or am I stalling my weight loss by not having a higher fat consumption?
