Doing some fasting, staying carnivore+dairy, started mild exercise (sore), popped on my new Stelo CGM last night, tracked my food all week, avoided a huge craving at the end of a very stressful day, kept up electrolytes and water intake. Was rewarded by a weight gain of half a pound at my weekly weigh in. đŸ˜”â€đŸ’«đŸ«Ł At least I had a great week and a lovely visit with Dr Lenzkes and Lanell and their office staff. Even though I know all the things above are good, and I am building muscle, and I am headed in a healthy direction, it still bothers me to “gain weight”. I won’t let it side track me, but I hope in time health will be so important that numbers on a scale won’t bum me out.
