#whywait2024 Today was a good way to kick off this week of the challenge. My fasting blood sugar was great this morning, I had a pretty good nights sleep, & I worked out for a long time at the warm water Therapy pool. I met my step skull of 10,000 today. My blood sugar and ketones after a 20 hour FAST were good. My second meal of the day was at 8:30 and it was delicious and satisfying. I made keto meatballs and put sugar-free tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese on top. Mmmmmm, mmmm Good! I didn’t even miss the past! LOL!
