First time making these and they are outstanding (which I never say about my cooking for good reason)! Keto mini egg bakes - Place one uncooked strip of bacon around each cupcake hole (used deep cupcake pans) and bake at 425 till about 3/4 cooked -Crack one egg in each cup and bake at 350 for 10 min or till you like the egg consistency -Add 30 g steamed broccoli and 1/2 oz cheddar cheese on each one and bake for 5 ish min on 350 until cheese melts -Let cool and enjoy! ***Each one is 180 cal ***Macros for each one: 2 g carb 13 g protein 13 g fat
