#whywait2024 This week we are talking about fasting! I’m currently 15 hours in and will definitely make it to 20 hours. I would have never dreamed I could go even 16-18 hours fasted at the beginning of my health journey. It took awhile as I worked on getting proper nutrition down. That comes first!
