Today i did something 450lb me could never conceive i could do. I ran my first 5k. Did it in 30 minutes. Then went back about a mile and a half to get my son and jog it with him too. Being able to see his face when i found him and him run to my arms made me the happiest proudest man alive. Im grateful to God for second chances. This was the closing of this chapter in my life and the opening of this chapter of my new life.
