#whywait2024 In spite of being tired & unmotivated today I got things done. Wasn’t exactly what I planned earlier in the week but I still managed to: ✅ Close my AW rings (barely but closed!) ✅ Met my Oura goal ✅ Took a short walk ✅ Isometric strength training ✅ Stretching Kept my food simple & clean. Ground beef, cottage cheese & eggs for both meals. Tomorrow’s a new day… 😴
