Thursday class was great. A walk outside, the first half being regular walking, at the halfway point the faster people stop and do squats until the rest catch up. On the second half its walking lunges, side lunges, walking on toes,, and other funky movements while moving forward. Sometimes our arms are up in the air, or doing some kind of movement not just normal walking movement. On the last bit we are offered to jog back to the church, in the past I haven't but lately have been and I am noticing improvement. Once back inside we grab a drink then get right into using free weights. The instructor always is watching form, if it isnt right, she corrects it. Its a great workout while having some laughs. This group was exactly what I needed. The distance walked was 1.26miles. Now I just need to do my own workout tomorrow. Sorry the selfie isn't great.
