Anyone else love rebounding? I’ve found it to be one of the most efficient, effective, and joyful ways to move. My broken foot is still repairing, so I don’t jump yet, but doing the “health bounce” is building my bone back. And it makes a great quick 5 or 10 min break multiple times to break up the sedentary work day. It is also great for lymph function and balance. I’ve seen a huge improvement in my balance since starting the rebounding and the Indo balance board. The YouTube channel Earth & Owl has great free rebounder info and workouts for all abilities.
