Does anyone else struggle with sleep? The past 2 weeks have been awful for me normally I’m a 7-7 1/2 hour sleeper. I’ve been waking up anywhere from 25 minutes to almost an hour before my alarm which is 5:15 am. I think I found the culprit I bought a different coffee and noticed the jitters, I never have coffee after 10:00 am. I’m usually in bed and asleep between 9:30 and the latest 10 pm. Last night was a good night 9:45- 4:50 although still way before my alarm. I’m just afraid to go to bed at 9:15 and wake up at 4:15 🥴
