Starting our day here in sunny SoCal with a little jiggle! At least that’s what I felt where I am. I’m sure that number will be adjusted some & 🤞 that all is ok with everyone closer to it. *In other news, I went to bed an hour earlier last night and was rewarded with a 90 sleep score! 🥳 All the rest of the details weren’t necessarily perfect or better than typical but it’s just one night so I’ll still take it! I added a snapshot of just some of the information the Oura ring gives me about my sleep. It also gives me information on my readiness, my activity, my stress, my resilience & more. I really can’t imagine life without her (I’ve decided mine is a female cuz she’s a little bossy, like a mom!) 😉☺️😎 #whywait2024
