I had a neighborhood party last night and wanted to stay on plan so I asked the host if I could bring a buffalo chicken dip and a dessert (cashew caramels). I avoided all the chips pretzels bread cookies brownies cake cupcakes and s’mores by bringing my items. Even though they had more fat than I’m planning to eat right now, I didn’t totally blow up overnight like I would have if I binged off-plan foods.
