#whywait2024 Our extreme heat is finally giving us a break & the AQ from the fires settled down (or switched directions perhaps) for us so I was so happy to finally get back to an outdoor walk! š Also, hit my cardio exercise goal with a Tabata workout & a Step interval workout AND after watching yesterdayās meeting I did a short workout with some Isometric strength training this morning too! This one included 2 sets of 30 second holds with a squat, tricep kickback, lateral raise, bicep curl & a forward row. I held 5 lb weights to start. I could tell right away that on a couple of those I could go heavier & possibly lighter on one. Weāll see⦠Hereās a pic of my variety of equipment Iāve collected. It works⦠š¤·āāļø
