This is a graph highlighting ultra processed food consumption & all cause mortality Eating real food is always best… But when i’m having intense cravings, i try to stick to low carb, high quality replacement… i personally prefer, monk fruit, almond flour, egg, whey and psyllium OVER maltodextrin, bleached wheat flour and hydrogenated soybean oil… 😂
