8 mile walk to the river and back this morning! Focusing on fasting and exercise this week. Goal today: 20:4 Nothing to eat yet but dinner tonight will be a leftover steak and some homemade bone broth. Bit of a weight loss stall but people kept complaining about my lingering covid cough, so I’ve still been taking sf cough drops until today. Will substitute hot tea for the cough drops from now on. NSVs: I actually measured my waist with a tape measure - first time in years because I was afraid of what it would be. Also, began wearing a belt with blue jeans again instead of just the yoga pants I’ve been wearing for years. Threw out my size XXLs and now I’m wearing a size 10 in jeans! 🎉😎. #whywait Week2. Edit: Ketones at 1.3 today! First time they’ve been that high all month.
