Looking pretty good this morning, especially compared to the weekend. Unfortunately I picked up a cold after the big party and traveling, so I’ll try to get out and take a nice walk today. I haven’t started an exercise routine yet, but I signed up recently at a gym and have been getting used to just going in for light weights, treadmill. I love using their water massage bed and infrared tube with the vibration plate that you stand on!
