I was in an extreme cranky-pants mood all weekend for numerous first-world-problem reasons that I won’t bore you all with. None of it had anything to do with food, fortunately. There’s an upside today though… ⤵️ It’s a new week! And a new area of work for our challenge! Let’s GO! #whywait2024 My plan includes closing my Apple Watch rings & meeting my Oura goals daily by accomplishing the following: M-W-F: Cardio Intervals (HIIT or Tabata, sometimes Step Cardio) 30-40 min T-TH: Strength Training (log stats into the Strong App) 30-45 min *Daily: outdoor walk pending air quality. We’ve got wildfires in the area that are playing havoc with AQ. Plan B walking = treadmill *I’ll throw in a variety of core, lower & upper body workouts each day to round things out.
