#wh#whywait2024 My goal for this week is to do some sort of movement every day. I shocked myself by doing something on each day the last 7, hopefully I will make it to 14. Had TRX tonight, added using a weight for a couple of the movements, could definitely feel it. Sleep score for last night wasn't great, but better than the previous night.
