I know keto doesn’t generally align with “calories in/calories out” , however it’s seems that it’s the only way I can consistently lose weight. I’ve been resisting keeping track of calories and just eating Keto and hoping that alone would provide the results I’m looking for but, as someone with a food addiction, I can easily consume more “keto calories” than my body needs. Obviously IF is just a different type of calorie restriction, with many other benefits too (although no one who does IF seems to discuss that aspect). If I’m eating one meal a day, I’m eating fewer calories than eating two or three meals. I’m curious if anyone on here keeps track of calories, not just micros, and their experience/success/challenges with it?
