For the resistance bands, I started with the exercises in this app and have added exercises from the poster that came with the bands (as well as exercises from YouTube). The exercises in this app are located in the Exercise folder. Each exercise has a short video clip showing the correct technique. I printed the sheets out and I track each workout. Super cool to see how I have progressed. (If you get stuck finding the exercises in the app, feel free to reach out.) Last Friday was resistance workout number 392!! So close to logging 400!!
