I got up early and went to the gym for an hour and 45 minutes and walked in the warm water, therapy, pool. Today my glucose was stable. My ketones were moderate and I cooked off chicken thighs, a beef brisket, and a couple of steaks for this week’s protein. I also took a few pictures of my pantry. I hope everyone is doing well with the challenge!
