#whywait2024 Sleep record from last night and the grunts 'n' giggles workout. I forgot to stop my tracker, so it was only an hour, not hour and a half. I either forget to start it or stop it at the end... Hoping that I make it the whole week for movement everyday and tracking my sleep. I went to bed earlier but that didn't translate into a better sleep score.πŸ€” Have a great weekend everyone!!
