Instead of lasagna, try meatballs parmigiana. I use ricotta, parm, eggs, garlic, and parsley in the beef/pork meatballs. No need for breadcrumbs. Sauce is a large can of SAN Marzano tomatoes blended with parsley, garlic, salt, and 1 teaspoon of white balsamic vinegar.
