Danger, Will Robinson! Still dealing with post Covid issues. I’m all fuzzy brained with sleep issues (2-4 hours/night) and my smart watch says no REM sleep since Monday night. Focus this weekend is on exercise, sunshine, grounding, vibration plate and blue light glasses. I’ll take a sleeping pill if I have to but I only take it for one night and it’s always the last resort. Sleep is a must for mental health. I’m still in ketosis but not as much as I’d like. Hoping longer walks today and tomorrow will help. Covid sucks. The good news is my sister/BIL just bought a 3 lb bag of Hershey Halloween candy which they keep on the kitchen countertop and I have no desire to sneak a piece!
