Hey everyone! I wanted to share a snapshot of my CGM. Tracking has helped me understand my body's responses to different foods and activities. I've seen the CGM read higher than the keto mojo in the beginning but get closer after a few days. You guys sharing has been exciting to see and learn. 🍽️ I noticed some of your levels stayed more stable after meals and exercise.
