My CGM today so far. That nice little bump was my HIIT, strength training & core workouts - all done fasted. I also added yesterday’s CGM pic that I never got a chance to post. It was a day of running from one thing to the next all day & my CGM showed it. I multitasked and got some exercise in while I was listening to the Intro to Low Carb webinar. Only food for the day was around 6. Seems like once I got around to calming down my CGM calmed down too. Sometimes that’s the way we roll. 🤷‍♀️ Also, my unintentional meal prep earlier came in handy for lunch! #nomnom 😋😎
