Switched to natural fats a few months ago - olive oil, avocado and butter. Ate more meat. Cut out seed oils and most sugar. Got a cholesterol check. Higher than EVER. 340. Never over 260 before and my ratios were ok. LDL 221, never that high before. The other two were both in normal range. What am I doing wrong here??? Too much dairy? Hard to eat Keto without dairy when you aren’t a big red meat lover. Very disappointed.
