Was on the road today for work and ended up having lunch at a small town bar. Not wanting a salad, I figured that I would try their Cauliflower crust pizza. Figuring that it would be low in carbs but knowing in the back of my mind that it probably wasn’t as low as I was hoping for. I got home and researched the brand of pizza that I had and the cauliflower crust has basically the exact same amount of carbs as their regular crust pizza. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️. Oops!! I’ll make sure I don’t fall into that trap again. Perfect example of knowing what you are eating.
