Low ketones Ketones 0.2; no glucose strips at home What make low ketones- 1 beer; plain peanuts; poor sleep and blasted headache during night and when woke up headache Typically no alcohol maybe 1/2 to 1 beer a year- it is now that reminds me no alcohol; I was never one drink it Ready long bike ride- after few cups coffee and mct oil headache better All is good; life is a path; I recently started bike riding purposely on different routes; when my mind says not take long route- I purposely now go that way; push oneself change is not easy; Hopefully your ketones are better
