Decided to be fancy today and make some foods with booshey ingredients. Frist, My take on chili Colorado 4 hours in the slow cooker with guacamole using one of those booshey avacados. I didnt use ground beef like typical chili but cubed bottom round roast. Extremely flavorful. I skimped on the salt and it showed. My only gripe. But for lunch i made an omlette with smoked prosciutto and black truffle gouda cheese. Now that came out delicious. The smokey flavors definitely add another layer to it. Gonna end the day with some greek yogurt with peanut butter and protein powder. A tasty food day. Hope everyone is having the best weekend!!!
