I've been really consistent with my 10k steps a day for a few weeks, so now I'm adding in some dumbbell workouts. Long-term goal is to get back into a weightlifting gym... but for now this is where I'm starting. Feels good to be more active again. 💪👊😁 Have a great weekend, and crush some goals today, everyone!!
