Today was a strength training day for me so I did a resistance band workout, another ST video using some lighter weights and then I decided to pull up my Strong Workout Tracker app and do a weight lifting session there too. I noticed it had been exactly 2 months since I last recorded a workout in that app. I’ve still been strength training but with some lighter weights since I’ve been traveling and kinda working with what others had. I moved back a level from where I was 2 months ago weight-wise but that’s ok. It’s definitely time to get going and move forward again! I added a screenshot of the app I use in case anyone wants to check it out. It’s the free version, pretty simple and nothing fancy but it works. There is a paid version but honestly I’m not really sure what all that includes. Thanks @DoctorLaura for the reminder about this app with your posts this last week! 💪 #GetStrongandStayStrong
