Ok, @olga24 I checked to see if you posted this first, didn’t see it so here goes! Loved this Tiny Buddha message because really…it’s politely saying “Get out of your own way and stop overthinking everything!” Even after all the time I’ve been on this low carb journey I.Feel.Seen! It’s great advice no matter if it’s your first day or your 10th year. Here’s some basics I tend to stick to and especially revert back to if *something* is throwing me off. 1) Eat eggs, meat (beef, chicken, pork, & fish,) more eggs, some non-starchy veggies & (for me) I add Greek yogurt, ricotta & cottage cheese to keep my calcium intake up. No grains. I choose to severely limit my fruits & any sweeteners. I also rarely snack. My goal is to eat enough at a meal to know it’s not hunger I might be feeling but boredom when that little mouth *tingle* shows up. I gulp some water & change up what I was doing when it rears its head. Redirect! 2) Move your body somehow every day. 3) And now added to my list is #stopoverthinkingit and see 1 & 2 above! ⬆️ I’m sure everyone’s list might have some different things on it.
