Ended up with a pretty decent sleep score (90+) last night according to my Oura ring! That led to a productive morning of completing some cardio, strength & core workouts, watering the yard & cleanup in the garage. All of that part happened fasted. Moved on to food: 1st meal of the day = 4 eggs cooked in butter, sardines w/mustard & some slices of extra sharp cheddar. Also added a cup of plain kefir. It’s a new one that I found at Grocery Outlet & it’s a tasty one! 😋 One of the offspring & I have appointments later (💇♀️💇♀️) so it’ll depend on our timing as to what will happen food-wise for me. For now my belly is full & satiated! It’s a good start to a great week! Enjoy ya’ll!!
