I just have to post a triumph. I know, scale victories aren’t our only victories, but I have been working so hard to break 300. I decided to lean in and dig little deeper last week, so I did a couple of 20 hour fasts and went back to the tried and true meals that seem to help me break through to my weight loss goals. I made my ginger pork lettuce cups with green onions and I had some radishes. This morning I was pleasantly surprised with officially being in Twosville-(breaking into the 200’s on the scale… thanks Amy Eiges for that great word! This means I’ve lost a total of 90 pounds since January. W00t! W00t!
