Man, this diet is so restrictive!!! Made Mexican shredded chicken. Put it on top of a crisped up low carb tortilla. Topped with cheese, green salsa and sour cream. These were fantastic! Only carbs I can count would a little from 6 Oz of tomato sauce and one medium onion for about 5-6 servings. Plus one carb per tortilla. Does anybody know if you “deep fry” those tortillas, do they get crunchy like a tortilla chip?
