I haven’t downloaded the Zero app yet, but it looks like it is working well for many of you. Encouraging to see. I looked into Cronometer today since I already have it. Thought I’d share what I discovered. FYI: Cronometer has good functionality for making a personalized well-formulated ketogenic diet goal. It also shows micronutrients when you log foods. Tracking fasts and/or doing TRE is only in the paid version.
