My aim this week was to do dome sort of movement Everyday this week. Monday, Wednesday & Thursday are easy with having a class to attend. Tuesday I used the meeting as my motivation, chatting with @Barbara Russell helps too. Now that it is Friday my motivation is running low. I dug in listened to the "good voices" (Vic, Amy, Brian, Tia) in my head. My focus is on core strength I did a 20 round Tabata workout incorporating lots of core movements. As @Amy Eiges says "you never regret working out", she is sooo RIGHT.
