College move in day food prep. Emmerich rolls for turkey and roast beef sandwiches. The second picture is the recipe @Bob Collins posted awhile ago with cottage cheese, blueberries, a bit of monkfruit and vanilla extract. I don't freeze mine though. Davidson College here we come!
