My step count is a little off this week due to travel, a couple of under-the-weather days and at least one I-don’t-wanna day. Just keeping it real…🫣 😬 On the flip side in spite of a couple of hiccups I did manage to close all my rings on my watch & get strength training, cardio, core & some stretching done. Not perfect but not too shabby either… I’ll take it!
