Hey guys, brand new here, but have been keto and IF for some time. I’m a 60 yo BJJ practitioner, always looking to improve in all areas. My weight loss and overall improvement has stalled lately (I’m 6’2, 210 pounds). Should I try carnivore as an experiment for, say, 30 days? Do you think I’m likely to see positive results beyond what I’m already doing? Thanks!
