The last two weeks were stressful for me. Traveling to a funeral, a sick dog, and a relative’s recent injuries from a fall have all led to a not so great diet and less exercise. I was feeling physically and mentally exhausted. Started back on my usual Keto routine and after 1 week, feeling much better physically and emotionally. Energy level is back, food cravings are gone, smile is back on my face, and happiness back in my heart. It’s really interesting how much Keto improves all aspects of my daily wellbeing. Sharing this with the community for posterity as I’m sure I’ll encounter more tough times ahead. I want to remind myself that when I’m feeling stressed, the best thing to do is to stay on Keto and maintain my healthy habits. 🫶💪
